Quick and Delicious Spicy Tahini Noodles

Serving 2

Any type of noodles will pair beautifully with this dish, but curly noodles are particularly great at trapping and holding onto the sauce, ensuring every bite is bursting with flavor. We prefer ours cooked al dente, but feel free to adjust to your liking. For an extra protein boost and a flavor elevation, consider topping it with a sunny-side-up egg. It's a simple addition that can really transform the dish!

Spicy Tahini Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of garlics(adjust at your preference)
  • 2 tbsp of seseme seeds.
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of Guiz Chili Crisp(either flavor is great, we use original flavor here)
  • 3 tbsp of Tahini sauce mixed with 3 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 cup of sizzling oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of Chinese black vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Any types of noodles you like

Preparation

Step 1

Finely dice the garlic and place it in a bowl, along with sesame seeds, and Guiz chili crisp. Next, heat the oil in a pan until it's just shy of smoking. Carefully pour the hot oil into the bowl with the garlic mixture, allowing the flavors to meld.

Step 2

Blend tahini with water until smooth, then stir in soy sauce, black vinegar and sugar. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt to taste.

Step 3

Cook the noodles in boiling water until they reach your preferred texture. Once done, drain and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Then, thoroughly mix the noodles with the flavorful sauce you've just prepared. And voilà, your delicious dish is ready to enjoy!
