Sweet And Sour Egg Over Rice

This dish is a total lifesaver – it's easy, nutritious, and really yummy. I often make it when all I've got left in the fridge are a few eggs and some leftover rice. Just grab some common sauce, and in about 10 minutes, you'll have yourself a tasty meal. It's that simple!

Spicy Tahini Noodles

Sweet and Sour Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of ketchup
  • 1 tbsp of Guiz Chili Crisp(either flavor is great, we use original flavor here)
  • 2 tbsp of Chinese black vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of sizzling oil
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch/li>
  • Half cup of water

Other Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 servings of rice
  • 5 cloves of diced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Fry 3 eggs to you liking.

Step 2

Mix the sauce Ingredients. Sauté garlic, then add in the sauce and cook until thick and saucy glossy

Step 3

Add in the eggs and mix with the sauce, let it simmer for a min. Then, just pour it over your rice. That's it – you're all set to dig in and enjoy!
